Many in this world are lost

Ever got lost? But refuse to admit it? I have. And it was not until I admitted that I was lost and sought help, that I could find my way again.

Many in this world are lost. Lost because they cannot see the truth, the spiritual realities.

Some are blinded by the lie that they can save themselves. They think that by being a good person, by doing the right things, they will surely go to heaven. But they do not realise that the Bible clearly states that no one can save themselves from the judgment of sin. For no one is righteous.

Romans 3:10 (NIV) As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one…

No matter how religious we may be. No matter how much we keep to the tenets of any religion – it cannot save us. Because it is about our efforts. The Bible states that no one will ever be righteous enough in God’s eyes.

Some are blinded by the lie that they are already saved. Just because they go to church regularly, or even help out in the church. But it is not about what we do. It is about who we trust in to save us.
