Sometimes, our past can constrain us...

Exodus 4:19 (NIV) Now the LORD had said to Moses in Midian, "Go back to Egypt, for all the men who wanted to kill you are dead." Moses was once a star in Egypt, a prince. He ended up a lowly shepherd in the backside of the desert. His life was stuck in limbo because of his fear of being caught by Pharaoh. He could not move forward for 40 years because of his fear. Sometimes, our past can constrain us from moving forward in certain areas of our lives. Fears developed in our past can cause us to avoid certain situations or people. My fear of heights would have caused me to avoid being in tall buildings, or at least looking out from tall structures. I would have missed out on some incredible experiences if I did not overcome it. Are you missing out because of some fear from the past?
