Friendship with God

In today's world, where social media dominates our interactions, it is easy to overlook the significance of genuine, face-to-face conversations that touch the depths of our hearts. Amidst the noise and distractions, it is crucial to recognize that God yearns for an intimate friendship with each of us. He desires not only a personal relationship with us but also encourages us to cultivate deep connections with others. Through these relationships, we can uplift and inspire one another on our journey with the Lord.

John 15:15 (NIV) beautifully illustrates this truth: "I no longer call you servants because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father, I have made known to you." In this verse, Jesus invites us into a profound friendship with Him, where He shares the insights and wisdom He received from the Father.

Similarly, God intends for us to experience the blessings of authentic friendships with others. These relationships provide a platform for mutual encouragement, support, and accountability in our spiritual walk. As friends, we can spur one another forward, sharing in the joys, challenges, and growth that come from pursuing the Lord together.

Your generosity helps further our mission to equip leaders.
