Reflections

We must be careful what we feed our minds.  We should beware of foolish ideas that corrupt our minds, our perspectives.  Beware of uncritically  accepting such ideas, simply because some people are very eloquent in expressing their ideas or because it looks so bright and shiny.   

2 Timothy 2:16-18 (NIV)  16  Avoid godless chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more ungodly. 17  Their teaching will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus, 18  who have wandered away from the truth.    

In effect, if we immerse ourselves in it, it will draw us away from God.
