Reflections

We live in a world full of needs.  These needs are diverse.  It spans the entire spectrum of physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.  Some are felt needs and others are not. 
 

What we need to understand is that God desires to use people to help meet needs. Part of our calling as believers is to help meet the needs of others around us.  In practical terms, the commandment “Love you neighbour as yourself” should translate into conscious acts of serving others to meet their needs.  Have you considered what some of these implications are?

Mark 12:30–31 – “Love the Lord your God with all your heart… The second is this: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
