Reflections

Songs of praise have the power to lift our hearts in troubled times and bring assurance of future deliverance by reminding of past deliverance. That is why so many psalms were written declaring about God’s deliverance.

Psa 63:7 - 8 (NIV)  Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings.  My soul clings to you; your right hand upholds me.

Hence, should you ever feel low in spirit, it is a good thing to give thanks. To sing songs of praise unto God. Not only do the words lift our hearts, but when we enter into God’s presence, God will minister to us as well.
